2. SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING OPERATIONS

Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR defines personal data as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal data are e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank details, credit card number.
2.2 What data is collected when visiting our website?
When you visit our webshop, we collect the personal data that your browser automatically transmits to our server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. (For more information, read section 6. LOG FILES)
The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website. The data will not be passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

2.4. Data processing for the performance of a contract
When you place an order with Be sCool Kft., we require personal data for the processing of the order, including the dispatch of your ordered goods, the processing of returns or complaints. Specifically, we need information about your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and any necessary payment data. The specification of your e-mail address is necessary to confirm receipt of your order, to notify you of the dispatch of your goods or to be able to contact you. The data processing is thus carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
You can also contact Be sCool Kft. before the contract is concluded and send us an enquiry by e-mail, for example, in order to receive advice from us. In this case, we process the data received from you, such as e-mail address and name, if applicable, with the purpose of carrying out a pre-contractual measure.
The legal basis for processing data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or carrying out a pre-contractual measure as a result of an enquiry from the data subject is Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR.
In order to process your order, Be sCool Kft. passes on personal data to service partners such as payment service providers (including banks, Paypal, Amazon Pay, credit card companies), logistic partners and shipping service providers (including DHL, DPD, Hermes, and other freight forwarders), insofar as this is necessary to fulfill your contract. It is also possible to pass on data to a supplier who delivers the goods directly to you. The transmitted data may only be used by the recipient to fulfil his task. Any use beyond this is not permitted.
We store the data required for processing the contract until the expiry of the statutory warranty periods.
We store the data required under commercial law and tax law in accordance with the legally prescribed retention periods pursuant to § 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and § 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO), in principle for a period of 10 years.
Personal data processed for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures will be deleted within 24 months if no contract has been concluded.

4. PURCHASE OF GOODS
4.1 Purchase process
On our website, you can purchase our products by providing your personal information. This data is collected through a form, sent to us, and stored. Required fields are marked because they are essential for creating a customer account, and without them, you cannot complete the registration process. Your information will only be shared with third parties as specified below.

4.2 Payment by credit card
Our website offers a credit card payment option. Information is only shared with third parties as described below.
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland, to whom we will pass on the information you provided during the ordering process along with information about your order (name, address, account number, bank code, possibly credit card number, invoice amount, currency and transaction number). Your data will be passed on exclusively for the purpose of payment processing with Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. and only to the extent that it is necessary for this purpose. Here too, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR provides the legal basis for processing personal data necessary for fulfilling a contract. Certain processing activities may be required for pre-contractual measures. If you select PayPal as your payment method, your data is transferred to our payment service provider, "PAYONE" (PAYONE GmbH, Lyoner Straße 9, 60528 Frankfurt am Main), and the associated financial institution or payment service. For PayPal, the data transmission follows similar principles. PayPal (operated by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg) may also collect additional data for identity verification and credit checks. You may revoke consent for PayPal’s processing of your personal data anytime, though this does not affect the legality of processing completed prior to revocation.

5. GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND GOOGLE TAG MANAGER
Be sCool Kft. uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, web analytics services provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), located at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses tracking cookies. which allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
However, in the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymisation is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

6. GOOGLE RECAPTCHA
Be sCool Kft. uses the "Google reCAPTCHA" service on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google") with its registered office in Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent misuse through automated, machine data entry. This applies in particular to pages on which users enter certain form data and transmit it to our servers. 7. LOG FILES
When you visit the Be sCool Kft. website, your internet browser transmits usage data to our servers. Our server logs usage data in so-called log files. The following data is stored: Date and time, type of request, protocol type and status of the access, size and name of the file, IP address from which the request originates, referrer URL (information about the website from which you came to our website), information about the Internet browser used (e.g. which browser is used, the version number of this browser and the type of encryption).
We use log files to monitor the function and performance of our shop and to further develop and improve the Be sCool Kft. shop. For example, errors in the function of the shop are recorded, which are subsequently corrected by us. The storage of data in log files is also carried out for security reasons in order to ensure the secure operation of our system.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. The necessary legitimate interest consists of securing the function of the shop and ensuring the secure operation of our shop servers. IP addresses of users are deleted or anonymised after a maximum of 10 days.
7.1 SHOPIFY E-COMMERCE CMS
We use the shop system of the service provider Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland ("Shopify"), for the purpose of hosting and displaying the online shop on the basis of processing on our behalf. All data collected on our website is processed on Shopify's servers. 8. CONTENT DELIVERY NETWORK (CDN)
Be sCool Kft. uses the service provider CDN77, DataCamp Ltd, London, which delivers certain content of the Be sCool Kft. shop page for us to you or your browser. This concerns, among other things, product images. On the one hand, the service provider enables a fast delivery of this data to you through its infrastructure. At the same time, the service provider will deliver the data from a server located as close to you as possible. Both minimise loading times and improve the user experience for you.
The CDN service provider always receives your IP address.
In principle, the CDN provider does not record any log data. Log data is only recorded in the event of errors for error analysis. The IP address is only stored anonymously and the log file is deleted after a maximum of 10 days.

10. USE OF CUSTOMER DATA FOR DIRECT MARKETING
You can subscribe to our newsletter as part of the ordering process or separately via our shop page. We use a double opt-in procedure which means when you sign up for our email marketing list, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link via which you, as the owner of the e-mail address, can confirm your subscription to the newsletter. We use the data you provide for advertising purposes after you have registered for the Be sCool Kft. newsletter. We will then inform you regularly about e.g. product news, promotions or sale actions, and abandonment cart/checkout e-mails.
What data will we use?
- Marketing newsletter - We store your e-mail address, your name, and the language in which you use the Be sCool Kft. webshop. In addition, we store the registration data as part of the double opt-in procedure. The only mandatory information required for sending you a newsletter is your email address.
- Automated shopping cart/checkout reminder e-mail - The only mandatory information required to send this reminder is your email address. Providing additional information is voluntary and may be used to address you personally. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to send such emails. We store your e-mail address, and the language in which you use the Be sCool Kft. webshop. In addition, we store the product and cart data from the checkout system that you abandoned.

How can I unsubscribe?
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link for this purpose at the bottom of each marketing email. If you use the unsubscribe link, the newsletter for your email address will be unsubscribed directly. Furthermore, you can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to info@belmilpremium.com. The relevant data record is automatically deleted. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR.
Sending email newsletter to existing customers
If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range to those you have already purchased. In accordance with Section 7 Paragraph 3 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG), we do not need to obtain your separate consent for this. The data processing is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of GDPR. If you initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will not send you any emails.

Be sCool Kft. is represented in social media in order to get in contact with our customers, with interested parties and with other users and to inform about products, events or competitions. We would like to point out that personal data is collected and processed by the respective provider when visiting the corresponding pages. The legal basis for the processing of the users' personal data is Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. The legitimate interest of Be sCool Kft. is the optimal design and improvement of the company presentation.
If you use our offers in the respective social network as a logged-in member, you have given your consent to data processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR vis-à-vis the social media platform. In order to understand and improve our activities, we use corresponding evaluations in the form of statistics provided by the respective provider.

Be sCool Kft. itself does not collect and process any further data from your direct use of Facebook. Only in the case of raffles or competitions is data processing possible. In these cases, we use e.g. contact data to get in touch with winners of our raffles. Be sCool Kft. uses the Facebook Insights software for a general evaluation of the Facebook page. Here we are provided with anonymised data from Facebook, which do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual users. As already mentioned, we use this statistical data from Facebook Insights to design and improve our offer on Facebook accordingly.
According to Facebook, Facebook stores your IP address when you visit our Facebook page. According to Facebook, this is anonymised and deleted after a storage period of 90 days (German IP addresses). In addition, Facebook stores information of the end devices you use for the visit. Through the assignment of IP addresses, it is possible that individual users can be identified.
